Gyokuro

Gyokuro or Jade Dew is the pride of Japan, fit for royals.

The tea leaves are shaded for at least a month before harvesting, allowing the leaves to achieve a balanced flavour profile and a deep, vibrant green colour. Elegant and smooth, umami-rich, followed by a hint of sweetness and there is no tartness at the end.

Use room temperature water and steep for about two hours to release all the flavour.
